Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"This is one wholesome, comfy, cute authentic korean restaurant. We had a cute date there and the food was fresh and delisious. The service was also top, they were so nice and polite! I will defenitly come back (the mandu were out of this world, i really recomend them )"
"I've been there yesterday and food was so delicious! I'm really missing my home specially, the kimchi as a side dish is even more delicious than my mum's I really satisfied with the food. Highly recommand it!"
"Very tasty food, cooked in hot pots which is rare to find in Berlin, very traditional. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere."
"Small Korean restaurant with a good selection of dishes and drinks. I definitely recommend the bibim noodles in summer. It's a very refreshing dish and the taste is spot on. The service was very nice."
"Very friendly service Great food Clean Atmos could be better We ordered the Dolssot Bibim-Bab, one with tofu, one with chicken and one with beef, they were all delicious. Fresh vegetables, intense flavor and a great eating experience (the bowl comes sizzling!) We also ordered the Mandu, as an appetizer and it worked ;) The waiter was very nice and welcoming, it is my first time ordering this dish and he explained exactly how to do it. It was a very nice experience all around. One thing to improve: Atmosphere, I would have to say the laminated menus are not giving a good impression and the really small photos in it are hard to understand. Also, a bit of color would make a big difference"
"Old fashioned home cooking in a quaint space. Neither spice level nor funkiness turned down for the local palate--the kimchi soup had my nose running, with a hint of dried shrimp likely going into the preparation."
"Very good food, I am glad I read the reviews, definitely worth the visit. Could be more spicy, like authentic Korean food. But not problem, I know most can not handle that."
"Went with some friends last Saturday and we had a really great time! I had the hot stone Bibimbap, my friends had the kimchi pancakes as a main along with the kimchi stew. All of which were delicious and a good portion size. The atmosphere is just as comfortable as the food which makes it a lovely place to check out with friends or as a date location :) We really enjoyed the soju/makgeolli drink flight that they had. The perfect intro taster if you haven’t had Korean alcohol before. My absolute favourite though was the hotteok for desert! Yuuuum especially in colder weather, or you can get some ice cream on the side. Overall wonderful experience and worth the trip on public transport to get there if you aren’t from the neighbourhood. Oh and I have to say the customer service was fantastic, warm, and welcoming. Thank you for a great evening!"
